Hi I'm Zanna and I like to train my back ? Today I added in some new cardio which I thought you might want to try. Get a fairly high box and do 10 box jumps onto it. Immediately after do 10 step ups onto the box leading with your right leg, then 10 with your left leg. Repeat this 10 times with no rest inbetween (unless your legs start to feel like jelly then give yourself some recovery time!). This really targets those glutes ?? Also I am sad today... I've lost my vlogging camera which had loads of awesome footage from my PT course at @fitnessindustryed ? Anyways there's nothing I can do now ?
