?Stretching it out before my sprint session

The stretch before my workout is almost like meditation for me ? I only usually stretch for 5min before (long stretch after my session) but even that time is awesome to tune into my body & think about what I want to achieve in my session ahead ? Even something as simple as 'I'm going to make sure I really use my glutes when I run' or 'the last 3 reps of every exercise, I'm going to aim for best technique' #littlegoals

These little goals are a great way to focus your energy 'in the moment' DURING your workout, rather than just thinking about finishing!! ? Try it in your next session & see how your workout goes! ??
