??☺️ Afternoon Fitness at the park
The last couple of weeks I have been doing my usual morning fitness in the afternoon instead ☀️? Changing up the time of your training is a great way to challenge your body & also refresh your training! ??? I have been loving the afternoon breeze & I have noticed my sprinting is a lot better compared to the morning
Today's session
?4 ROUNDS?
15 explosive squat jumps
30 toe touches (10fast, 10slow,10fast)
10 push ups
3x30m sprint
2min Recovery
And of course a big stretch at the end ? I did all 25 of the stretches in my STRETCHING GUIDE today ? #secretstoflexible
This is one of the ? soooo good if you get a tight lower back! ? #feelsSOgood
