Yoganidrasana, yogi's sleep pose. I've never managed to actually fall asleep in this posture but after many years of practice it's pretty comfortable. The real yoga nidra happens when you drop your mind down into the inner terrain and become vibrantly aware of the multitude of sensations within the subtle body. #practiceandalliscoming #onebreathatatime
