Several months back I found these amazing bracelets @livelokai which represent a message that I hold close to my heart.
The black bead contains mud from the Dead Sea which is the lowest point on Earth, and the white bead contains water from Mount Everest, the highest place on Earth. These beads represent the highs and lows that we face each day in our lives and act as a reminder to stay humble at our highs and hopeful when we reach our lows.
As I'm coming to the end of the 2014 #fitandthicktour, I am reflecting on all the amazing, positive people I have been blessed enough to meet.
