#NationalDay is coming. I joined the celebrations in 4 different wards in AMK GRC over the weekend, who were marking the day in different ways.
For many, it is a time to gather with friends and neighbours to renew our pledge to the nation, and sing familiar songs like ‘Home’ together.
For others, it’s an occasion to express their love and youthful energy.
For me, National Day is a time to meet lots of people, old friends and new, and to remember all those who have contributed to Singapore’s success.
