It's not just in sports that Singapore is doing well - our young students are also winning medals in international competitions.
Among the good news today is Singapore beating 27 countries to place first in the International Young Physicists' Tournament. We also won 3 Gold medals, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze to place 8th in the International Mathematical Olympiad, in a field of 101 countries.
