I believe that training for speed, and agility is just as, if not more important than training for aesthetics.

If you devote one day per week to plyometric training, you will actually see improvements in your over all strength, power, endurance and form when you weight train. Conditioning our bodies from the inside out is so important.
Try this low step drill to increase your speed and agility:
Stand over the box with both feet on the ground. Step up with your right leg then up with your left leg. As quickly as you can, step back down with your right leg then with your left. Do 15 reps stepping up with the right leg and then switch and do 15 reps stepping up with the left leg. •5 sets of 30•
