Two of my favorite butt workouts:
1. Abductors: Sitting on the edge of the seat helps to isolate the glutes more. Go as heavy as you can to help build the booty. 20 reps regular then 20 reps pulse for 4-5 sets.
2. Butt blasters: instead of holding onto the handles I hold onto the arm pads and push my body back to give my leg more range of motion. 12 reps regular then hold at the top and pulse 12 reps on each leg for 4 sets
