アダム・オンドラさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アダム・オンドラInstagram)「2023 came to an end ✌️ It was a great year in my life, climbing-wise, I was hoping for more, but it doesn't change a thing that I consider myself a very lucky man and living the dream 🤜🤛 Still, there are many things in climbing I am proud of, like onsighting El Gran Bellanco 8c+/9a or flash of Peščena ura 9a - two specific routes that most likely I would not be flash or onsight in the past years 💪 Getting a silver medal in the @climbingworldcuprague in boulder on home turf in Prague was also unforgettable. And flashing the Ace 8B on grit encouraged by Jerry, Ben (@moonclimbing) and @magmidt? I was psyched, absolutely 😎 I am motivated for 2024 as much as ever. I learnt a lot training-wise this past year, and together with my coach @petr_klofac and physio @gabriela_vrablikova, we are going to work hard to be in the shape of my life 👌 Big thanks to everyone who supported me in the past year ☝️ Firstly, my family, most notably my wife @ivaondra and our son Hugo, my amazing team and film crew, my agency @sport_invest, all my sponsors and all my friends and also mentors like @patxiusobiaga_pucseries and Pietro del Pra.
