Day 32!!
#🫶🏼 I am. This is a challenge….

I am all about recharging my batteries 🔋 I NEED it after I have been around a lot of people or been working on a project. And although I do love to travel, it takes a long time to pack up a suitcase for me, so it works out in my favor. If I can just find some thing nearby and quickly throw a few things in a bag knowing that my place is not far if I desperately needed it, then I can relax in my own cocoon of a hotel room. Kodi of course comes with me so it’s like a little family getaway :) Does anyone else like to do this?!

I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am. Who I am and how I live, my life is truly a lifestyle.
