I am the type of person who will literally roll out of bed, brush my teeth, put clothes on and go to my morning appointment or a meeting. I don’t mind not wearing makeup in public. I have been told so many times by girlfriends that they need to make sure to wear something before leaving the house and I just remember that I had two years or more of my life where I had suffered crazy acne on my face and the only way I was going to get clear skin again was to not wear makeup. I had to face the world with acne covered skin and it was heartbreaking because being in front of the camera as an actress and a model, my skin is my job- I have to keep it clean and clear. I hate having retouch done to my images! It feels inauthentic and I’ve done my best to make sure to just take really good care of my skin. I am SO GRATEFUL for my skin now after those years of needing to face my fears and the world w/ troubled I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am.
