I am the type of person that LOVES to rise before the sun ☀️! It’s exciting to not know what colors the universe will paint the sky with that day. The blessings and beauty of Mother Nature. I love capturing her moments of peacocking where I can. It’s important to love and respect and aw at our environment and treat it with respect.

I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am. Who I am and how I live, my life is truly a lifestyle.
