To take a walk, meditate, have quiet time, a moment of gratitude- this is how I recharge. This is a #healthyhabit that I used to not have the selfishness enough to take. I would be ashamed or scared to speak up and say that I need to be alone. This would in the end cause me to have a short fuse and snap back when I would get irritated. I am not grateful I feel more confidence to speak what I truly need so that I can have the capacity for others and myself ❤️ I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am.
