One of my passions..

Cooking!! I love a home cooked meal for many reasons. The main reason that I cook for myself is because then I know what I’m eating. I also think that cooking is an act of love and by me cooking for myself. I am mothering myself. Providing myself with the appropriate nutrients for my body that I take great care of. I take pride in taking care of my body, and it starts with what you put inside of it. also, as you all know by now I’m all about healthy habits. And having control over what you put into your body is an incredible healthy habit to create!
