Day 10!!
I am doing a daily challenge of answering to Questions:
1. Who are you?
2. What do you do?

I wanted to bring some realism and authenticity to my page and allow you all to get to know me on a deeper level, and understand who I am as a person. I believe my life is a lifestyle. I literally revolve my life around things that cause me to work on myself, heal myself physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.
And I love that about me. There are also some healthy habits and some not healthy habits. But the point of this is to be raw and authentic.

These videos are done in one take, no editing so that you can get what was truly on my mind. Trust me there have been times. I wish I could just do it over because I knew more of what I wanted to say, but that is not the challenge. I encourage you to ask me questions, share your similarities and dissimilarities.
