The definition of Integrity is: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. I am always trying my hardest to do the right thing, so much so that I think it even has caused me stress to my nervous system if I think I didn’t choose the right think at the moment. I have talked to a therapist about it and they tell me to grant myself some grace.. which is another virtue I’m working on with myself. But I think it is very important to own up to your actions and your words and take accountability. I am bestowing on myself to inspire authenticity, and share my routines and choices that I make in my life I work daily on maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit, and choose to lead with the pleasure principle of doing what makes me happy. ❤️ I’m doing a series of videos, one every day where I will share my healthy life choices that make up who I am. Who I am and how I live, my life is truly a lifestyle. ☝️ on each video I’ll be answering the questions: •WHO AM I? • WHAT DO I DO? 🎬 I’m only allowing myself one take- Being as raw as possible, and sharing when I am inspired through my daily activities and feelings. 🙏🏼 I want to lead by example and inspire people to be authentic.
