There is the stigma that we should be quiet at the restaurant. But I believe that good restaurants actually enjoy answering somewhat difficult questions because they pride themselves in local ingredients and the way they make their food.

REMEMBER, IN BIOHACKING

🔗 the way we prepare. Our food allows us to either keep or destroy nutrients so we don’t want to have anything blackened, deep fried or charred. it’s much better to have something baked or steamed and use 2 tablespoons of butter instead!

🔗 you are what your food ate! Making sure that ingredients are local and that protein is grass fed is super important!

🔗 embarrassed to ask for your dish to be prepared slightly differently!
