Set in the beautiful London hillside, the calming woodland and uninterrupted views of the city were spectacular on such a sunny autumn day. Something that I've really missed, as I'm sure many people have, is face to face communication since lockdown and I cannot begin to explain how lovely it was to speak to small business owners about their true passions and journey through life as they create natural, organic, sustainable and heartfelt goods for the yoga community and beyond. The smiles, hugs and hand touching were so genuinely affirming and deepened my faith in humanity 🙏🏼 It was wonderful to lose myself deep in enthusiastic discussions, ask questions, understand peoples "why's" in business and see so many meaningful and heartfelt innovations from hand crafted jewellery, singing bowls and ceremony gongs to ethically sourced crystals, bespoke acupressure mats, meditation programmes, plant based nutrition and multifunctional activewear - there is something wonderful for everyone! I'd like to wish every fellow business owner all the best for the show and encourage those who are thinking of starting a business venture of their own to take that first step. Together we can be the change that we wish to see and choose passion, freedom and the ability to make a positive difference to the world over dead end pay cheques in a job that we really don't enjoy.
