I'm really proud of ITV's Britain Get Talking campaign alongside some absolutely iconic faces. 😍
You know I'm such an advocate for opening up on the trickier conversations, and I encourage everyone to start speaking up.
At school I struggled with my mental health. I self harmed. I felt very alone. I got through it thanks to some brilliant friends and teachers. But it started with opening up. Tbags why this campaign means to much to me. Even more so now that I have children of my own.
Sometimes, the world can feel like a scary place. Especially at the moment.
That’s why ITV’s Britain Get Talking is partnering with schools all over the UK to set a different kind of homework - a task designed to help ease stress and reduce anxiety, by helping young people open up about the hardest subjects on their minds.
So, start a conversation this World Mental Health Day, Tuesday 10th October.
