WHOLE BODY PILATES ✨️ Morning movement by the pool here in Bali 🥰 These sequences are such a nice way to warm up the body and get ready for the day...

▪️1. STRETCH TUCK
10 x each side
- keep a slight bend in the standing leg. As you stretch, think 'straight line from the finger tips to toes'

▪️2. PLANK CLIMBER COMBO
5 x
- keep length in the spine as you tuck the knees in. As you stand, roll up one vertebrae at a time (same on the way down).

▪️3. TRICEP PRESS + CLAM
10 x each side
- keep the bottom ribcage pulled up and shoulders away from the ears.

▪️4. RAINBOW FIRE HYDRANT
10 x each side
- keep your ribcage pulled in and aim for length in the back leg rather than lifting high.

▪️5. LEG LOWER TUCKS
5 x each side
- keep back ribcage pressed down and keep head heavy in hands as you pull shoulders away from the ears.

Repeat 2-3 times depending on how much time you have...move slowly & with precision 👌🏼 #pilates #homepilates
