▪️1. SLIDE TO UP DOG PUSH UP
- Keep your belly button pulled in & shoulders away from your ears
▪️2. SUMO SQUAT KNEE DROP
- Keep your knees rolling out in the squat & press through the front heel in the lunge
▪️3. SINGLE LEG HIP LIFT KICK OUT
- Roll your shoulders back & chest up
- 45sec on each side
▪️4. SIDE PLANK CRUNCH TO PIKE
- Push down firmly with your forearm, especially when pushing back to pike
- 45sec on each side
Move slowly & with purpose. These exercises help to improve mobility & activate key muscles like the abdominals & glutes to help encourage better movement throughout the day 💪🏼 #morningworkout #homeworkout
