Let’s share some brainy tips…
Mine are:
☀️ Get some sun (or fresh air outside)
🎧 Listen to my pump up song
💪🏼 Move in some sort of way (workout, walk…)
😌 Have a ‘breathing break’ when things get a bit too much…take 3 long deep breaths in & out, breath 1 - focus one thing you can SEE, breath two - one thing you can HEAR, breath three - something you can TOUCH….
