Setting the tone as the first lot in ‘Freddie Mercury: A World of His Own | The Evening Sale’ at #SothebysLondon tonight, the door—covered in graffiti messages from fans all over the world and estimated at £15-20,000—sold for £412,750 after an incredible 15-min bidding battle between determined phone bidders.
