Upper body push 💪🏽✨

3-4 sets 6-8 reps of each exercise:

- chin ups
- military press
- bicep curl
- lateral raise
- close grip pull down
- bent over row

Literally can’t feel my arms after this😅
I only really started working upper body about 2/3 months ago but it’s slowly becoming one of my faves🤗
