3 TIPS FOR YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY✨

1. Stop training for aesthetics.
Train because it makes you feel good and find enjoyment in moving your body! Everyone in reality wants aesthetic improvements when they start on a fitness journey but don’t make it the focus. It usually ends up in you giving up.

2. Training with a programme.
You’re 100% more likely to stick to going to the gym if you have a programme or structure when you go in. It decreases anxiety in terms of not knowing where to go when you get in the gym and makes workouts way more efficient when you don’t have to keep thinking ‘what am I gonna do next’. Finding a plan that will work for you is crucial!

3. Stop thinking you’ll make improvements overnight.
Making change is about consistency! Going to the gym or sticking to a plan for a week or two will not do anything. You have to be committed for at least 3 months to see any significant change to your body or just general fitness! (In my opinion). Which sounds daunting but it’s definitely a commitment and it doesn’t have to mean going to the gym 5-6 times per week. There’s lots of different ways it can be done 🫶🏼
