トレーシー・キスさんのインスタグラム写真 - (トレーシー・キスInstagram)「Your thoughts on fate? 💭 I've suffered from claustrophobia since I was a young child, but just like my fear of highs where I go climbing/sky diving, I challenge everything that scares me to prove to myself that there is nothing in life that can't be overcome. So spending time underground in narrow caves, whilst it makes my heart race, allows me exposure to my fears and gradually reduces, if not totally removes them. This made me think of life and the path that we lead, which at times may seem like it's a suffocating one track road with no choice or ability to change direction or escape - sometimes it's not about where you're going but the way that you get there and your mindset along the way which makes the biggest difference. Whilst this underground cave wasn't quite wide enough for me to fully extend my legs, I took control of this tight space by experiencing it in a different way and instantly my fear of small spaces melted away and I was able to travel deeper underground. All too often we are passengers in our life, simply looking straight ahead at what is to come at the expense of missing what is. Be conscious of every moment, touch and make physical contact with all around you and think outside of the box.
