Step inside the beautiful, light-filled Georgian-style brick villa that Freddie Mercury called home.

Originally built for an artist and his sculptor wife in the early 20th century, Garden Lodge – as Freddie called it – was a place wholly his own, a home to which he could retreat, and where he was surrounded by the abundant art and objects he carefully sought out over the years.

This summer, #TheWorldofFreddieMercury will unveil his never-before-seen collection for the first time ever in a month-long public exhibition and auction series at #SothebysLondon.

Touring exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong in June will be followed by a full takeover of our London galleries throughout August and six dedicated sales in September, each one devoted to a different aspect of Mercury’s life, both public and private.
