Here’s an upper body workout you’ll feel for days and it’s only 3 exercises! If you don’t have a barbell I’ve written alternatives below!
1. 8-12 reps each side (alternative single arm dumbbell row with a pulse)
2. 10-15 reps (alternative: Diamond push ups or hands elevated Diamond push ups)
3. 6-10 reps (alternative: seated dumbbell press)
Perform 4 sets of each trying to increase weight each round
