The glute workout no one asked for 😂

I posted a Q&A box on my stories yesterday asking what workout you’d like to see next and a majority of the requests were HIIT or upper body BUT it was leg day - so please enjoy this glute focused leg day. I did however film some new workouts including HIIT and I’ll be sharing more nutrition content too so stay tuned!

WORKOUT

Hip Thrusts

SET 1: 30
SET 2: 20
SET 3: 10

(Perform this Tri-Set x 2)

3 SETS
12 x Goblet Squat
10 x Alternating Side Lunges

10 x Step Ups (each side)

2 SETS
20 x Standing Abduction (each side)
