How would YOU like to set your glutes on fire? 🍑🔥

You wouldn’t? Too bad - you gotta try this workout. The glute burn is so real it’s basically an act of ARSE-ON

I receive a lot of messages from people who want to build their glutes and one thing you have to come to peace with is that it takes time.

Follow a good program (GREAT programs can be found by following the link in my bio), commit to your training, fuel your body right, allow sufficient recovery and you will see results.

Good things take time. Glorious glutes take time. Don’t give up because of the time it will take, that time will pass anyway.

So anyway, let’s get training (remember structured programs in bio)


WORKOUT:

4 SETS

A1: 8 x Hip Thrusts
5 sec Hold

A2: 20 x Seated Abduction

3 SETS

B1: 10 x Squats

B2: 10 x B-Stance RDLs (each side)

C1: 8 x Walking Lunges (up & back)
