I'm starting to incorporate more sophisticated looks and jewelry that I've kept aside for a while, including timeless and classic pieces passed down from my mom and grandparents. I'm all for re-loving pieces from my precious family and all the memories that come with it.❤️  This event held by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan welcomed chefs from around the world to compete under the theme of Japanese "dashi." Thank you, MAFF for having me again as the emcee, and to all the Japanese Food Supporters and organizations that came together to make this happen! As a Japanese cook myself, it was wonderful hosting, demonstrating and speaking with top chefs to dive deeper into the world of Japanese cuisine.🇯🇵🥢👘 先日、再び農林水産省主催のNYイベントで、司会・進行・同時通訳を務めました✨ 今回は自前の衣装で、着用したのは母が若い頃に着ていたディオールのセットアップ！もう着ることはないと、母がクローゼットの奥にしまい込んでいた思い出のスーツでしたが、今回のイベントにピッタリと思い、私が再び袖を通すことに！普段はあまり着ない色のイエロー、とても新鮮で気分も上がります。今回のことをきっかけに、他にも沢山の母が昔着ていた洋服を譲り受けましたので、これから時々登場すると思います☺️ 「出汁」をテーマに世界各国の将来有望な外国人シェフたちが腕を競い、イベントに参加された一流シェフと共に和食の魅力に迫りました。日本料理は知れば知るほど奥深く、素晴らしい世界が広がります。写真は農林水産省の方々、和食の賢人であり「嵐山熊彦」の代表を務めておられる栗栖基さん、イベント風景など★ #バイリンガルMC #バイリンガル司会 #インタビュアー」11月18日 5時57分
