It's been half a year since living in NY and Boston, so today I'd like to share a snippet of my recent routine!☺️

On days when I'm just working from home, I stay makeup-free and take time to calm my mind with Japanese tea.🍵 It brings me joy seeing these @itoen beverages lined up not just at Asian supermarkets but also local supermarkets in the US✨

Japanese tea and aojiru are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and endless amounts of nutrients that are highly beneficial for the skin and body, so definitely give them a try! Remember to relax and take good care of yourself because you deserve it.❤️

昔からお茶が大好きで毎日必ず飲んでいるのですが、今回は特に私のおすすめ＆お気に入りを日英両語で紹介しています！🫖🍵 自宅での仕事の日は肌のためにも一日中ノーメイクで、お茶でリラックスした時間も入れながら過ごします。

伊藤園さんのお茶は日系スーパーだけでなくアメリカン・スーパーマーケット（Whole Foods等）でも売られていて、特に健康志向のアメリカ人にはとても人気で、お茶好きの私は本当に嬉しくなってしまいます☺️
