I’ve traveled to over 30 countries inspiring thousands of women to help them use movement as their lifeline, inspiration & motivation to be the best versions of themselves. I’ve worked for the number one sports brand Nike for over 10 years, I’ve been able to be inspire, educate & build a community of peers who motivate me daily. I’ve worked with athletes of all ages & sports to help them build the foundation to improve healthy performance….the list goes on. . . The fitness industry has been incredible to me, I’ve learned so much & it’s instilled positive qualities in me that I hope to carry on to my son. . Do you reflect on your journey?
