For all my ladies out there, we can all use some pelvic floor strengthening! .
Hollow body is hands down my favorite exercise to strengthen your transverse abdominals which are part of your pelvic floor. .
I recommend adding 3 sets of 30sec holds to the end of every workout. If you have lower back pain hold the position in this photos but just bend your knees. .
