Today’s leg day workout!
Getting ready for my first show and I’m putting the work in!!!

Back Squat
✅30 reps
10 reps (partial bottom) squat to bottom press 5" up then back down. 10 reps (partial top) start at top squat 5" down then back up. 10 reps full squats. Total of 30 reps.

✅15 reps
3/4 reps. Squat 3" below 90, then press back up to 3" below top. Repeat.

✅12 reps

Full slow reps 5 seconds down and 5 seconds up. 10 second rep speed.

✅12 reps
Double contraction bottom. Squat just below 90 then press up 5", then squat back down, then press back to top. This is 1 rep.

✅12 reps
Full reps. Drop weight then 12 more reps, then drop reps 10 more reps, drop weight, then 8 more reps. Total 42 reps.

This was the first exercise out of 8 🤪 will also do 15 min of cardio later

One of my goal was to challenge myself and look the best I’ve ever look 1 year after bringing my baby (if my body allowed it) … health first! Super excited for this challenge. I will be tracking my journey on my YouTube channel 😊⚡️
