One of my favorite exercises is the “scribble game” or challenge. Start by creating a random scribble yourself, or better yet, have someone give you a scribble and see what you can come up with. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ I enjoy seeing what my brain can come up with from the lines on paper. ⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ For this sketch, I used a range of MICRON pens from SAKURA as well as the KOI Coloring Brush pens for some effects.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ I also used the Permapaque markers for the cold treatment of the eyes or egg sacs… my kids called them the egg sacs on this critter. I just call him “Fred”.
