#Throwback to Week 3 and 4 of return to training post-lockdown 1.0

Upgrading from the sunken trampoline to the standing 4x4 Ultimate. Still capping height and volume of sessions, but with a small increase from previous week. Bringing my twisting doubles out of the pit and onto the trampoline and starting to complete links of 2-4 doubles that I have done regularly in the past and so have them engrained in my muscle memory. Progressed to this step only when I was fully confident, yet I still felt my heart rate rise - excitement of course 😉! Dizzyness still remains a little at this point, but oddly enough I feel less dizzy performing doubles than I do singles! 🌀🤷🏼‍♀️🌀 oh and some pit practice fun at the end..
