#Throwback! Week 1 of Return to training after several months off due to lockdown 2020. Nice and slow build back of height, skills and volume during each session to keep the body healthy and prevent picking up any niggles or injuries. Must have worked because my body currently feels better on the trampoline than it has felt in years! 💪🏻

Does anyone else get super dizzy after having even just a week or so off the trampoline!?

Something I found that helps reduce my dizzyness is getting a chiropractic session booked in before my first trampoline session back after time off. A few professional clicks of the neck at @backactivechiropractic seems to massively help my orientation! (This wasn’t an option this particular time, due to COVID restrictions last year - hence the little extra dizzyness!).
