BOOTY BURNER 🔥 One of my goals this year is to work on glute strength everyday 🍑 In the past I found it really hard to activate my glutes properly (other muscles would usually overpower them) but after years of experimenting, I’ve found the exercises that work and finally I can feel the right activation and biomechanics during most of my lower body exercises (especially Glute med & min) 👌🏼🍑

Here are a few of my fave glute exercises at the moment, put into a workout for you!

BEGINNER: 10reps each side 2 Rounds
INTERMEDIATE: 15reps each side 3 Rounds
ADVANCED: 20reps each side 3/4 Rounds

▪️1. SEE SAW SQUAT KICK

▪️2. SINGLE LEG RDL

▪️3. GLUTE BRIDGE PRESS

▪️4. SIDE PLANK CLAM KICK

▪️5. KNEELING LEG LIFT (EXT ROTATION)

The key to all these exercises is to keep your core engaged to avoid using your lower back to compensate for the movement (or to try and get extra range) 👊🏼 #gluteworkout #bootyworkout #freshbodyfitmind
