What we do most of the time, for a long time, is what shapes us right?  4key things that help me stay on track, and committed to my workouts everyday:  1. Planning. Looking ahead, even if it’s just a day beforehand & knowing what training I want to do, where, and when...writting it in my planner also helps!  2. Variety. As much as I love mastering an exercise/class/skill/goal. Having new things for my body to experience and conquer keeps me mentally in the game and excited to train.  3. Fitness friends. Wether it be training buddies, a workout class, or even someone just to check in with about how my training goals are going is the best motivation...especially if I’m feeling lazy or uninspired.  4. Goals. Setting a ‘big’ goal gives me a general target to work towards...but, my biggest motivator is absolutely smashing all the little goals along the way...like ‘I’m going to get through 30sec of this exercise without stopping’...’I’m going to keep running to the next light pole’...’I’m stretching for at least 10min everyday’...’I’ve booked in 1 workout class every week for the next 4 weeks’..SMALL WINS are what it’s all about.  I’ve done these 4 things for most of my life, they have kept me consistent..and when I started my app #freshbodyfitmind , I wanted everyone to have a platform to incorporate these foundations into their own life, easily 🙏🏼  This was the main inspiration for my monthly challenges...one of them starting in only a few days 🙌🏼 FITNESS FEBRUARY!  1. A follow along class with me every day of Feb (all planned out for you, all you need to do is press play!)  2. Each class is different including HIIT, strength, yoga, stretching, YogaSculpt, and Pilates!  3. Thousands people around the world doing the same classes on the same day 🌎  and you can connect here on Insta using  #fitnessfebruary & #freshbodyfitmind ☺️  4. The big goal is to get through all the classes with me!
