The candles are known for their elegant floral designs that are hand painted onto each candle. If you visit Aizu, I hope that you can try painting a candle. It looks so relaxing... ❄️🥰❄️ The Aizu Painted Candle Festival is held at the Tsurugajo Castle and was created to show off painted candles to the world.😊💞😁 While most winter festivals have cancelled this year, the Aizu Painted Candle Festival will be held on February 12th and 13th. Truly a candle in the darkness, candles in the wind, candles in the snow! I plan on going this year, it will be my first time seeing this festival. I will be safe and share some videos and pictures for you all to enjoy vicariously until you can come for yourself.
