I feel like they go hand in hand with the “don’t sleep on me”, “grind don’t sleep” (it does) & endless motivational quotes & statements that are just words. It just doesn’t resonate with me at all. If making a change or improving at something is your goal, you have to commit to it regardless of if you have the motivation to or not. SO rarely will you be SO HOT N READY motivated to do something that takes all of your effort. THAT’S when you have to do it anyway. Not talk about doing it.
