Probably the most exciting video you’ll see today. (Jk, not even close) You all asked to see more of my “other stuff” so I give you... OTHER STUFF!

Spending a couple weeks with a reduction in traditional squat (front/back) frequency, but adding these guys back in as to still get some good stimulus in the ol leggies in positions that my back likes (reminder: everyone is different please don’t take this as a solution to your personal issues). We keep the intensity pretty high on these, but also add in some volume for good measure. Not that 10’s in any exercise are enjoyable, but HERE WE ARE.

My back spasms usually last anywhere from 6-12 weeks & she seems to be ALMOST 100%, but since we have the time, she’s getting an extra week to stop bitching at me. LUCKY HER. Still pushing the volume on all the lifts and pulls, but this is one alteration we’ve made in the past & currently that always keeps things moving in the right direction, among other things.

I also just count this monster of a @roguefitness trap bar as 25kg instead of 27-28, so I’m ALWAYS doing extra credit 😇
