To say this year has been challenging for everyone is an understatement. We all definitely got thrown out of our comfort zone and have been force to find ways to adapt. With the Holidays literally around the corner, I know this is going to be an extra challenging week for most. Just know that you are allowed to feel all the feel and that most of all you are not alone. Reach out and seek for help if you need some. I feel lucky that I have Dave and Zoe with me but I am heartbroken that my family and friends haven’t been able to meet my new baby. Its like I went in lock down at 14 weeks pregnant and no one was really part of my pregnancy/birth and so far the first 5 months of my daughters life. But we are all healthy and doing our part to keep others healthy to. This is not for ever and it will be over soon.
