Thrusters: choose a loaf that will allow you to keep the 5 reps unbroken but challenges you. Light/Medium weight should be your target. The weight is relative to each individual so choose appropriately for you
V-up: choose an option that you won’t have to break more than once for the 10 reps. Scale the movement to a tuck crunch or a sit-up
