I've had loads of messages about pelvic girdle pain advice so thought I'd share what's helped me: 💫Get a good pelvic brace. Mine is @lolalykke_formums and I've used it every day since 30 weeks. I really notice the pain the times I've forgotten to wear it. 💫Sleep with a pillow between your legs - if you don't have a proper pregnancy pillow just a normal pillow will do. 💫Take baths... They help with the pain. 💫Make sure you sit down when getting ready or putting your shoes on - you basically want to avoid putting weight onto one leg. 💫Get up from bed / chairs / cars with your legs together. So keep your knees together and them both out at the same time - you can sit on a plastic bag in a car to make it easier. 💫 I've really relied on physio. I came to see @martakinsellaphysio at @the_mummy_mot at 30 weeks thinking I needed crutches, and she's managed to keep me on my feet up to now. Is there anything else that helped you I haven't included? I have to say, my pelvic girdle pain did reduce massively between 32-37 weeks, so if you are suffering it might go away with a little TLC. 🙏 #37weekspregnant #thirdtrimester」12月19日 6時57分 - ashleylouisejames

I'd never heard of Pelvic Girdle Pain until I got it... I think I always thought I'd be pretty invincible with pregnancy because I've always been pretty fit and ran marathons etc. But it's definitely been a mad experience. I've loved pregnancy but I feel like I've forgotten what it's like to be able to sit up without pain!

I've had loads of messages about pelvic girdle pain advice so thought I'd share what's helped me:
