35 weeks today and it looks like the baby is going to have some stiff competition for a place in the baby carrier...! 🐩✨
We spent the day doing a hypnobirthing course with @themindfulbirthgroup and we both feel so much more prepared and empowered around the birth. I'd heard such good things about hypnobirthing, which is why we decided to do it, and I'm so happy we did. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you have nay fear around birth. I also feel like Tommy is equipped to help me keep the process as calm and positive as possible. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨🤰🏼
Anyway, it's been a very quiet weekend as heartburn kept me up all through the night so I'm going to have a bath and get an early night... Watch another episode or two of '60 days in' on Netflix - best show ever if you're looking for something to watch. Hope you all had a nice weekend. 🥰 #35weekspregnant #thirdtrimester
