You can put your brain in a state of safety and expansion by doing this as a regular habit.  When you go to bed at night, you can focus on what you're afraid might happen, or you can focus on the good stuff.   This isn’t about being unrealistic. Things may be crappy. You can still choose where to put your focus. Where you put your focus changes your biological response, and if something terrible will happen, it’s going to happen.
