I dont want to be all cheesy, but you glow differently when you're actually happy!🥺✨ My therapy sessions are really paying off. I feel more alive again, more at ease, less stressed.. Making myself a priority was never an easy decission for me when it came to mental health. It's easier helping others to do better than to actually apply it to yourself.😅 As soon as I stopped living on auto pilot, I HAD to confront my stubborn ass with my emotions. And it’s a whole process I’m going through, but damn I wish I would’ve taken action sooner🤦🏻‍♀️👏🏽 So here’s your reminder: ✨MAKE YOURSELF A PRIORITY- you* matter!✨ now have an awesome Monday and slay the day bubbas🥰.
